  • Translated scripts and associated paperwork should be archived in a searchable database as well as in deep archive on a per-language basis.

Formatting Recommendations

  • Translated scripts and associated paperwork should be .rtf, .txt or pdf. If originally created in a proprietary program such as MS Word, they should be converted prior to archiving.
